I John 1:7" Purpose:This ministry exists to nurture, unify, and connect our church family by providing opportunities for fellowship and service. These activities may take place at the church building, in our homes, at local parks, or during group trips to other destinations. General Description:Coordinate and assist with activities any time food is served in the building. Combine the spiritual and the social. Incorporate time for prayer, Bible study, and spiritual discussion into these activities. Remind members that our fellowship times are opportunities for outreach. Responsibilities:
Note:One of the special things about the Pitman congregation is the fellowship that our members share. The times shared out of the pew are what build us into a church family and make us more than just acquaintances. The servants in Body Life aim to provide times for the entire church to enjoy eating, talking, and just getting to know each other on a deeper level than would otherwise be possible. We enjoy providing these opportunities to strengthen the bonds between our church family members and, in turn, to uplift ourselves. |
