EvangelistsDan Cooper Dan and Katherine Cooper Dan and Katherine are both preachers kids who met and married while they were students at Harding University. They moved to New Jersey immediately after graduating in 1973. Dan has worked with only two churches: the Vineland Church of Christ (1973-1984) and the Pitman Church of Christ (1984 until the present). Dan has completed a Master's Degree in Church Growth from Harding Graduate School of Religion in Memphis. Known for his video series on Friendship Evangelism, he presents seminars throughout the country. Dan loves this church body passionately and works tirelessly on our behalf. During his ministry here, the church has grown both numerically and spiritually.Katherine has a BA in English and a Master's Degree in Social Work. She began working in the church office part-time on April 1, 2007, while she completed two years of treatment for cancer. Katherine is active in our Women's Ministry activities and coordinates our women's retreats, with the help of the elders' wives. She and Dan present seminars on church growth. Dan and Katherine have four adult children and one granddaughter. |
